To all the healers, lightworkers, and way-showers: our job is to hold the frequency that “all is well” 🙏
It doesnt mean we dont prepare or take precautions- but (if possible) try to stay grounded in our bodies, present in the moment, and keep our ❤ open in order to hold space for the collective experience.
There’s alot of fear and anxiety surfacing right now but when we act as a non-judgemental witness to it all, we can serve as a conduit of healing and peace for the 🌏
