The healing power of nature

I’ve always felt things deeply and often, and will sometimes cry just for the meaningfulness of life.

Nature is where I go to reconnect and to discern what my “stuff” actually is. It’s where I find the true emotions- as opposed to the manufactured ones.

We live in a world where we are told daily what to fear, where to spend our money, how to think/feel, and all the ways that we’re inadequate and need to be fixed.

Between this and artificial chemicals and the constant buzz of wifi/EMF throwing our bodies into fight or flight, its near impossible to escape from the noise.

Today I’m grateful for the Earth and it’s healing energy. Even though we as a species seemed to have wandered pretty far from what it has to offer, it has never abandoned us.
