On healing

If you know me at all you’re probably aware of my passion for sharing healing modalities and general life improvement tips.

This is partly because humans are amazing, and this life is beautiful- but also because I never want to hear anyone close to me say “If only I had known.”

I stayed nights at Vanderbilt with Mom in 2015, and believe me when I say I will do ANYTHING within my power to help people avoid that scenario (stage 4 cancer diagnosis, inpatient chemo, etc).

If you have healed your body/mind/spirit in any way, then I encourage you to shout it from the rooftops!

Claim your victory and celebrate it every day. Thank your body for its efforts to sustain you- even when you feel betrayed by it.

Especially when you feel betrayed by it.

Post on social media what worked for you, then reach back out to your practitioners and tell them the good news, in hopes that other people will benefit from this information (ripple effects) ❤

Far too often labels are used such as “chronic,” “treatment resistant” “incurable,” etc…or someone is told they require surgery, or will have to be on a prescription for the rest of their life.

Well maybe. ..but maybe not.

The truth is, we are evolving rapidly. Knowledge and resources are abundant and increasing exponentially every day.

Brilliant and divinely-inspired healer people are waking up to their abilities, and are working to develop them even further to aid humanity in it’s ascension process.

What a time to be alive!
