
This is not about doctors or the healthcare system.
If you look closely at their scrubs/white coat you’ll see “MSM,” or mainstream media.
For as long as I can remember they’ve literally shared the worst news possible at VERY sensitive times of the day:
• first thing in the morning before we’ve. even gotten a chance to know what we’re doing
• in the evening while we’re trying to wind down (this is also family time for many)
• during (what could be) a lighthearted lunch break to help reset for the afternoon
They use what I call “inflammatory language” to instill fear/anxiety, and (if they’re really successful) a sense of impending doom.
Addressing the “why” behind this phenomenon is beyond the scope of this post, but I do know that if you want to instantly take radical ownership of your 🧠 and 🫀then push the “OFF” button and go engage in things that are life-giving.

If something/someone controls your emotions, it’s controlling you.
