Unsupported?

The support we have is the support we need. When others fail to show up for us in the ways we wish they would, that’s our opportunity to show up for ourselves.

We are more than capable of rising to the occasion and bridging the gap. Other people not being “THERE FOR ME” (whatever that meant at the time) was ultimately the perfect catalyst for my personal growth.

Focusing on perceived deficit blocks us from experiencing gratitude for what is already present.
