Create a society that keeps people exhausted, sick, in debt, traumatized, and dependent.
Instill fear. Have them so scared they’ll do anything for the promise of safety.
Add chemicals to literally everything so that their minds are so clouded they lose the ability to think critically.
Bombard them with constant stimulation so they’re addicted to adrenaline and dopamine. They will develop an inability to be still, quiet, alone with their thoughts, and thus unable to receive higher guidance.
Overwhelm them with information so that they circle round and round like a hamster on a wheel, until they’re so exhausted that they give up completely and collapse in desperation.
Control the information they have access to so that they are told what to think at every turn. You have to do it gradually and covertly though, so they think it’s their original idea. They will feel very satisfied with themselves when they parrot it back in arguments with their perceived adversary- all the while not being able to explain why they think or feel the way they do.
Normalize violence by any means possible. Movies, video games, news networks, etc. This is especially effective for children and teenagers because their brains are still developing.
Encourage them to become obsessed with individuals that you’ve told them are important. It does not matter how vacuous the “chosen ones” are, or whether or not they’re actually contributing anything of value to society.
Infuse pop culture with messages that objectify physical bodies, convey that people are not whole on their own, and that they need someone else to complete them. Make them believe that TRUE LOVE is an all-consuming emotional roller coaster to ensure they’re desperate to get their next fix.
Position the field of science as the ultimate authority- a religion of sorts. Present the information it produces as absolute fact and completely settled, as opposed to a fascinating inquiry into our ever-evolving universe and multifaceted physical bodies.
Portray that the doctors are gods and what they say is the gospel. Have people believe that anyone who chooses not to utilize this avenue for healing is “irresponsible” or “medically negligent,” and that even questioning it is dangerous. Under no circumstances should you encourage diet and lifestyle changes, or people taking ownership of their own bodies.
Force medical professionals to adhere to strict profit-driven protocols, even if it goes against their innate intuition and lived experience. Because most of them truly want to help, they may become burnt out and depleted as a result of the limitations imposed on them.
Set forth unrealistic beauty standards and demonize the natural aging process, and ANY signs of it’s onset. Worship youth and its external characteristics so that they’ll come to associate being young with happiness, joy, and vitality.
Whatever you do, do not allow them to cultivate self love, or an appreciation for their own unique beauty. This would put so many companies out of business and be absolutely detrimental to the beauty industry overall.
Leverage their trauma/fracturing by allowing a plethora of addictive substances to be readily available at all times. Addiction in any form causes the breakdown of the family unit, and thus more trauma.
Create overwhelming amounts of shame around seeking help for trauma and getting in touch with emotions. Especially for men. Encourage them to minimize their wounds and “march on” at all costs.
Create a “war on masculinity” that puts men in a box. Have them viewed as either weak or aggressive for any display of emotion. Convince them that their sole purpose is to achieve and produce, then shame them when they become disconnected, unfulfilled, and in debt.
Prohibit usage of nature’s abundant healing resources, and ingesting anything that grows out of the earth. Doing so may cause them to feel more connected to nature and to each other- or help reveal their behavior patterns that are keeping them oppressed and blind to their own bull sh**
Pathologize natural reactions to this unnatural world. Have them believe that anyone who thinks outside the box is “crazy,” or “dangerous.” If you want to really get them, turn necessary aspects of a spiritual awakening into diagnostic criteria that indicate a disorder. Make them feel alienated and defective when they reach out for guidance or support.
Whatever you do, do not let people heal. If they do this, they are likely to become empowered and no longer feel like a victim. They may actually stop projecting their sh** onto the outside world and only have love and compassion to emanate instead (THIS is truly game over).
Do everything within your power to encourage division and separation. Remind people how different they are from each other, and just how dangerous these differences can be.
DO NOT, under any circumstances allow them to realize the truth of who they are- or that they each contain a common thread of DIVINITY that is woven throughout the entire universe.
