Our symptoms, our teachers

What is your body doing for you that you’re not doing for yourself?

Could it be trying to get your attention in the only way it knows how?

Perhaps pain and inflammation are requiring that you set firmer boundaries or get more rest?

Maybe you’re exhausted because your relationships are one-sided and you feel your energy is constantly being siphoned?

. ..having stomach upset around certain people, because subconsciously you don’t feel safe around them?

. ..chemical sensitivities providing insight into repressed trauma?

Is brain fog stepping in to serve as a buffer between you and the harsh realities of the world?

Maybe migraines occur when youre dreading an uncomfortable conversion or procrastinating a tough decision?

If we pay attention, our bodies can reveal parts of us that are crying out for acknowledgment or support.

Physical discomfort can be a catalyst for an awakening- and ultimately the gateway for a more authentic life.

The more in tune we are with these earthly vessels, the quicker we’ll become aware of subtle imbalances before the situation escalates. We may even realize they’ve been on our side all along.

This could be the beginning of a beautiful partnership 🫀🧠
