Evil part 3. ..the reckoning

If this entry were an episode of Friends, it would be called “The one where we overcome.”

Since this is part 3, I’d like to jump right in with why I felt called to write about this to begin with, and to highlight what we have going for us when facing seemingly insurmountable odds.

“In the battle against evil and fear we are not unarmed.”

In spring of 2020 a friend in Nashville spoke out about her involvement with MK Ultra as a child. When I reached out with a few questions, I learned that there were mind-control experiments done for a variety of reasons, then attempts were made to cover over them with hypnosis.

Without going into great detail on the specifics, I will say there’s a very strong overlap between MK Ultra, Occult abuse, SRA, and the Freemasons. They are different, but it’s not uncommon for people to experience more than one.

In fall of 2020 I met someone that assists survivors in healing from these programs, and was interested to learn what that entails. While the clinical presentation varies, there are commonalities in the stories. I was told that oftentimes people uncover a memory where the abusers are furious at them.

Why is this?

Because the program wasn’t working.

No matter how hard they tried, they could not get to the soul of a person.

See, we are created with what I believe to be God-given protective factors that help us survive even the worst of situations.

This doesn’t mean we aren’t left with some things to heal and integrate later- but as purely a survival mechanism, these internal resources are brilliant.

Usually dissociation is the most effective survival strategy in these cases. This is when you’re physically present, but your mind is elsewhere. It can happen anytime it doesn’t feel safe for mind/body/spirit to be in the same place at the same time. ..similar to not wanting the whole family on the same airplane in case it goes down.

As challenging as it can be to heal the fragments and fractures created from our past, from an evolutionary standpoint it’s much better than the alternative- which was never having them to begin with.

The Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic model views most (if not all) mental health “symptoms” as protective parts that are working overtime trying to keep us safe. The challenge is helping them relax when there is no longer a threat.

Because the protector parts take their job so seriously, it’s not unusual for them to continue dodging bullets long after the war is over.

So, back to the overcoming part. How do we win the battle of good vrs evil? I firmly believe it starts with healing ourselves first.

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

-attributed to Mahatma Gandhi

The more integrated and whole we are, the less likely we are to be influenced or controlled by things such as pop-culture, money, fame. ..drugs, sex, and Rock and Roll lol. Not that these are all wrong or bad, but the obsession with them can certainly be a gateway to our own version of hell.

As we heal, we seal up the cracks and cut ties with parasitic entities, people, etc. ..literally cutting off their food supply.

This is how we exit the rescuer/victim/perpetrator cycle and take our power back.

Eventually there will simply be nowhere for the darkness to plug-in. We won’t even be tempted by the same things anymore because as I mentioned in Part 1, they’ll just fall out of resonance.

Until we heal our wounds we’re at risk for having them weaponized against us, plain and simple.

The less trauma (density) we are carrying, the lighter we will be. As we get lighter our frequency will increase, and the darkness will no longer be able to hang on- or even see us.

Any healing work we do ripples out across all time and space. It liberates our past, present, and future selves and helps heal our lineage, our community, and our world.

As we embody the light, we help others do the same. We alchemize the density and help shift the energy of the planet in preparation for even more beautiful things to come.
