Im being reminded that just because something didn’t last forever doesn’t mean it wasn’t meaningful.
In fact, some of the most impactful encounters of my life have also been some of the shortest.
We never know the ripple effects of a single interaction with another human; much less a series of them (days, weeks, years).
I picture us all like the little Weeble Wobble toys that were popular before video games, phones, and all the other “i” things. ..
We wobble around and bump into each other. There’s a moment of instability as we recalibrate. From there we may decide to continue on in the same direction- or not.
Through the lens of quantum physics, we’re all just doing a little energetic dance with each other- until we aren’t.
The concept of Soul Contracts is very interesting to me. I do believe on some level we sign up to play these roles for each other. To star in these little melodramas so we can work out our “stuff” in ways that we weren’t able to in the past.
But also so we can truly SEE ourselves through the eyes of another, and in contrast to them.
To mirror back not only the beautiful shiny things, but the darker and potentially terrifying parts as well.
How each person navigates these little “collisions,” is deeply personal, but I’ll speak for myself in saying I’ll be moving forward with a little more wisdom, alot more humility, and the characteristic Gemini curiosity for what will inevitably be revealed with the passage of time.
