What if you’re exactly what the world needs, but they don’t even know that they need it. ..because they’ve never seen it before.
Because it didn’t exist-
Until now.
Until you.
No job description, but also no right or wrong.
Equal parts liberating and terrifying.
The implications of this are BIG. It means we can’t wait for a permission slip from the external world before we proceed. ..we will just have to sign our own.
It also means we forfeit our victim card in saying the system wasn’t designed for us, because it can only be built according to what it knows. ..aka from its current level of consciousness.
If we’re sorting a bag of M&M’s into categories of brown, red, blue, yellow, and a tie dye one shows up, there will be a few minutes of shock, confusion, etc as we reconcile our cognitive dissonance.
We don’t hate it, we just didn’t know it existed or that it was even possible, and thus do not yet have a place for it. ..it may take a second!
The same goes for when we set out on our journey. It’s uncharted territory. We’re literally making it up as we go.
This is not an easy job, but someone’s got to do it, and if you’re reading this, then it may be you!
