The reason I’m still here today has everything to do with my ability to take a step back and say:
“This is not real life.” π
Sometimes I judge myself for the audacity to think that I could actually effect change in certain areas, but then I remember:
The awareness that we have a choice is what gives us the choice.
If we’re willing to take radial responsibility for the part that we play in life circumstances and adjust course (even when it’s inconvenient or annoying AF), then we may see things shift in our favor.
The quickest way to change our lives is to take an inventory of our beliefs and to SEE the ways in which we’re outsourcing our power and reinforcing the idea that we’re broken, defective, and incapable.
In times of distress, I return to what I call the ORIGINAL BLUEPRINT for humanity. For our bodies, for our relationships, for our purpose work.
There have been so. many. times. that I’ve uncovered a program that was running the show from behind the scenes- operating at a subperceptual level, sabotaging my attempts at having the life that I want.
For example I do not subscribe to a belief that we were just dropped off on the planet in these little meat suits that malfunction for no reason, and that we’re sentenced to a life of pain, suffering, and dependency on a system or practitioners (even the best ones) to FIX us, or to just manage the symptom of the week until we come back the next time.
This is just one example, but it’s the one that’s really UP for me this week.
As much as I’ve wanted to wage an all-out war on my physical body at times, I try to remember it’s actually my biggest ally and that partnering with it has actually served as my initiation to my own power.
This simple shift in perspective helps ease my mind while I address things on the physical front. ..it’s not a perfect system, but it’s what I’ve got for now.
Til next time ππ
