Level 1: (High)
Identifying what we learned from challenging life situations and how they contributed to our growth.
This could also be described as looking on the bright side and thinking positively.
“Wow, that car accident was so scary, but it forced me to face my fears, heal my trauma, and get clarity on what really matters in life.”

Level 2: (Higher)
Realizing maybe that’s the whole point. Could it be that events happen specifically to help us grow and evolve, and to clear trauma and residue from our bodies and energy fields?
You may start asking questions such as:
- How am I contributing to the occurrence of these events?
- Is there a painful theme that has played out over and over in my life (“Everyone leaves me,” “I’m not enough,” “I’m too much”)?
- Do I have unresolved grief or trauma that I need to revisit?
- Am I making life harder by being in denial, avoiding and/or running from difficult emotions?

Level 3: (Highest)
Proactively doing personal work to get ahead of the game.
SEEing our “stuff” before it has to materialize in our external reality to get our attention.
Healing trauma so we don’t recreate it.

Truth can be found in all 3 of these “levels.”
I find that #3 leads to an easier and happier life for me personally. This doesn’t mean I do not encounter occasional challenges (see previous post) 🤦♀️
However, my current lived reality and the way I’m showing up to it is drastically calmer and more conducive to wellbeing in all aspects (physical health, financial, relationships) than ever before 🪷
This only happened after I started viewing life as a mirror- reflecting my own self back to me seemingly asking the million dollar question in a thousand different ways:
“Is this what you want?” 🤔
