What is a timeline?
Ireland Clark describes it similar to a series of movie scenes playing in a row, except it’s us and our lives.
In the last post, I discussed how we’re clearing timelines by reclaiming parts of ourselves that are stuck in other dimensions so that we can be fully present in the one we’re in now.
Today, I’m talking about what I call “timeline hopping” and how to choose into a different timeline if the one you’re on isn’t working for you.
Timeline hopping:
Anytime you’re accessing a memory, you’re actually seeing into a parallel time. The idea is that time doesn’t exist and all events are occurring simultaneously, so it’s actually not the past, but rather a parallel time or different dimension.
Psychedelics and Holotropic Breathwork can assist with tapping into these, but we also have the ability to do it on our own. ..I’ve been able to view the “past” so clearly that it felt like I was able to effect change in the scene- and who’s to say I didn’t?
How do we switch timelines?
This is all about making conscious decisions and being intentional about what we participate in, who we engage with, and how we show up to any given situation.
The awareness that we have a choice is what gives us the choice.
My point is that with expanded consciousness, we have the ability to choose a different way and potentially experience a more favorable outcome. Having a little discernment on the front end often results in bypassing difficult situations entirely. We don’t always have to play everything out or learn the hard way. We can say, “I know where this train is headed, and I’m getting off at this stop.”
Example:
When you leave an unfufilling and stressful job, you may be entering into a more peaceful timeline, as opposed to continuing on the one you were on before.
Other examples of stepping into a different timeline:
- A divorce or romantic breakup.
- Moving to a new city.
- Healing an addiction or discontinuing a destructive habit.
- Responding to a situation differently than you usually do.
Another way to access higher timelines is to heal trauma, detox physical toxins, and clear energetic blockages. We attract at the level of our frequency, or said another way, we’re an energetic match for everything in our external reality.
If the goal is to have a peaceful and fulfilling life, we may not want to vibrate at the same level as mold, heavy metals, trauma/drama, and dense emotions like shame and fear. ..it’s usually not pretty.
How do we avoid this?
By cleansing our bodies, minds, and energy fields. This results in raising our frequency and being a match for a different reality. This is called a quantum leap (think taking the elevator up 15 floors), and often lands us the presence of happier/smarter people, prettier places, and with opportunities and invitations we never thought would be available to us (because they actually weren’t from the frequency we were operating from before).
A quantum leap is basically like upleveling in life. #WINNING
