I had a long drive this morning and was listening to a live You Tube video on alchemizing our challenging experiences into strength and using them to propel us forward.
The video acknowledged the importance of honoring our story, but also spoke to what can happen if we never move beyond it.
It reminded me of an image that came through in an Ayahuasca ceremony years ago that was so powerful and transformative, but I still have a tendency to forget it sometimes-
I was very sick with food intolerances, brain fog, anxiety, and chemical sensitivities and probably wasn’t strong enough to even make the trip (14 days out of the country), but that’s never really stopped me before lol, and this time was no different 🙄🤷♀️
In the ceremony, I saw a Guess Who game board. I knew intuitively it was my DNA, genetic coding, ancestral material, health history, etc. ..a large hand reached down and shook it hard ONE time, and it was wiped clean. ..💯 total reset.
This reminds me that in a single instant, our lives can change. A Course in Miracles calls it a “miracle moment,” and if you think about it, that’s actually the way most change occurs.
Not to say there isn’t preliminary work to help loosen the lid off the jar, so to speak, but the actual decision often happens in a flash: a quick drop-in picture or auditory message, a social media post, a shift in perspective or a consciousness expanding encounter that renders everything up to that point utterly irrelevant.
The idea that these little upgrades can occur at a moments notice (or with no notice at all) is truly fascinating to me. The possibilities are endless, as we never know when we’ll be the recipient or facilitator of a spontaneous “miracle moment.”
