Evolve or die

Our bodies are finding unique ways to communicate to us that it’s time to level up.

We’ve lived too long in self-inflicted prisons and have not given ourselves nearly enough space or large enough “permission fields” to explore what we’re capable of.

How are our physical vessels communicating this?

By exhibiting bizarre symptoms that dont fit our previous diagnostic criteria and are resistant to Western medical interventions (physical and mental health).

This is a “forced” consciousness upgrade, and it’s inviting us to leave our comfort zones when it comes to healing and growth. Our go-to solutions are no longer working, and the people we thought had all the answers, don’t (even if they really want to).

Inconvenient truth:
Our bodies care very little about our loyalty to control- based systems; except to communicate how constrictive they’ve become. Those are man-made and don’t stand a chance against the force of nature that is the human body.

-me

In order to truly heal, I had to go outside Western medicine (physical and mental health) models, and even “the church.”

In retrospect I left evangelical Christianity culture and dogma a long time ago, but found myself revisiting some of the ideaology in ’18, then again ’21 in an attempt to reclaim parts of myself that were reluctant to let go of those beliefs (no matter how harmful they had become), because of the *perceived* sense of safety they offered.

No, I did not make a deal with the devil or practice dark magic/sorcery in an attempt to be well. I did, however, question everything I’d ever been taught and get clear on what my own body and soul were asking of me.

During this process, I used tools and modalities that many people who identify as Christians have fear and judgment around. Among these are energy work and psychedelics. These practices also tend to be frowned upon by some medical providers, but usually for different reasons.

To this, I say “frown away,” 😄

. ..meanwhile, I will be living my best life, being happier and healthier than I’ve ever been, despite (or maybe as a result of) leaving the very things I was told were “for my own good.”

Hmm. ..it’s almost like they were contributing to the problem to begin with, and I would’ve been better off to skip the indoctrination programs altogether.

I do not find it advantageous for us -as individuals and a collective- to continue on the same path, however, so I plan to write more on the fragmentation and split-off from our bodies and souls that so often occurs within (and is rewarded by), every major system.

Stay tuned 🙌✨️
