Multidimensional perspective on “mental illness”

Dimensions are states of mind or perspectives. It’s the lens through which we view the world.

2D Overidentification with the physical
earth plane and no awareness of or
      tolerance for anything beyond that.

3D Acknowledgment of information
beyond the 5 senses, but not a lot of
      access to it.

4D Has access to higher guidance,
      expanded awareness, etc.

5D This is true present moment awareness.
People who have 5D as a baseline can
access the higher states, which is
      where oneness with nature, connectivity
of all beings, and non-duality live.

All the major systems (medical, mental health, organized religion, military, financial system,  etc) are predominantly 2D consciousness and are structured to keep people in 2 and 3D.

Some may be surprised to see organized religion on this list, but at the 2D level, it is nothing but a dissociated person who is running a program. Following a list of rules, quoting a religious text, or parroting back something a religious leader said is not the same as having access to “higher” guidance or a true connection to soul level self, or to Source consciousness.

This is not to say the systems and the people working within them can not evolve. They can, and they will.

. ..actually, they already are!

The way I see it, it’s evolve or die; so in order for the systems to keep up with the massive shift in the collective consciousness and to not be dismantled or collapse in on themselves, systemic changes will be required in the way of policies, procedures, perspectives, protocols, etc. ..

Anyways, back to taking a multidimensional approach to addressing individuals’ mental and emotional concerns. ..

This is an example of what you would look for at every level (dimension):

2D: Assess for “mental health condition”
using criteria listed in the DSM 5 (a list
       of behaviors and traits).

3D: Assess for brain imbalance, nervous
       system dysregulation, toxins/heavy
       metals.

4D: Assess for fragmented trauma parts
       and entity attachments.

5D: Nothing is wrong. This is a
human having a human experience 😅

This is why it is helpful to have knowledge and awareness of the different dimensions when connecting with people and attempting to assist them with concerns.

Practitioners naturally feel called to work at different levels – thank goodness – because we need competent and compassionate ones across the board, but there’s also a lot of overlap, which is why I felt called to conceptualize it in this way.

One more thing: We get to choose which dimension we stay anchored in, even while assisting others 🙏✨️

It doesn’t stop at 5D, but just for practical purposes of this blog, it does 🙃
