Expanded consciousness is the way out of victimhood.

Sovereignty is doing something and knowing that we’re doing it. Taking ownership of what we participate in and doing it on PURPOSE.

I didn’t realize this when I started writing the book, but I’m entering through a societal core wound (mental and emotional health), but then inviting the collective into a more expansive perspective.

That begins with sharing my thoughts and observations on what is currently in place, then elevating the conversation

At the present time, I am tired and am ready to be done. Writing this book has required that I turn once again to look at the underbelly of humanity or the collective shadow in order to ultimately alchemize and transmute it.

Who’s idea was this!?

Prob the same part of me that decided to join the military at age 27, or become a Hospice Social Worker at age 23 lol. ..if I’m honest, I’d probably be bored if I had it any other way.

The point is, I think part of my purpose here is to shine a light on what is, then gently present what can be.

To bring clarity and cohesion to areas of confusion, to create a little structure and form for the nebulous.

I do this regardless, so I may as well write it down and share with others who are interested 🤷‍♀️
