While writing the book, I’ve become even more aware of the programs that may have been covertly influencing both my writing and the things I share with people.
Because I tend to write about personal growth, healing, and expanding our collective consciousness, they relate to these themes.
So far, this is what I’ve got:
Until you’ve suffered the most, you haven’t earned your right to speak.
This comes up when discussing anything that encourages life progression or overcoming challenges.

If a resource isn’t available to everyone, then no one should access it- or even know about it.
I’ve seen this when sharing about healing modalities.

Until you have all the answers, you shouldn’t share anything.
This is based on the belief that the person sharing owes everyone in-depth research and a detailed plan for the way forward.

An idea has to apply to everyone before you can communicate it.
This is my own internal messaging and a way I silence myself at times.

I am publicly renouncing any unspoken rules, subconscious belief systems, and/or societal programs having anything at all to do with earning my right to speak or the idea that I would ever be punished for speaking.
This is BS and results in keeping people sick, poor, and disempowered. It is probably the number #1 victim program on the planet due to the way it reinforces learned helplessness and acts to decide for other people what they’re capable of.
We all have a right to speak. No one is the victim of what anyone else shares. Simply unfollow the account, turn off the podcast, or put the book down.
Story for another post, but if we’re triggered by something, it’s because part of us believes it’s true. I can not save people from their internal battles, their own knowing, or the (sometimes harsh) universal truths.
