Let it all go

This is cool, but TBH, we don’t really need to wait on scientists to tell us what we would already know if only we took time to connect to our bodies and the ๐ŸŒŽ

We’ve outsourced our knowledge to institutions, organizations, gov agencies, etc, and now we look to them to tell us about ourselves and our world.

All the systems are the same (even religion), and they were all created for the same reason: as a means of control by keeping us disconnected from ourselves and our higher guidance.

It’s honestly a really tired and boring narrative at this point. ..basically, we’re inherently terrible, wrong, bad, and inadequate, and we need something outside of ourselves to fix, save, or rescue us.

Once you heal your attachment wounding and the need for an external enemy, it all unravels pretty fast.

We create our own suffering by the beliefs we subscribe to, so when people are unwilling to question their belief system even when it’s making them miserable, sick, and confused, it may be because they want to stay miserable, sick, and confused.

Life gives us opportunities to grow and evolve, but if we reject them, we’ll keep getting more of the same. In order to truly heal, I had to question everything I’d ever been taught, read in a textbook, or had preached at me, and guess what? Most of it didn’t make the cut.

Turns out my body was just busting at the seams and was tired of all the limiting programs and paradigms. It wanted to fully embody my light and my soul, which quickly illuminated both the truth and the untruth.

When we shed the layers of who we aren’t, who we are is free to be expressed.

However, most people are unwilling to do that because they don’t trust there’s anything underneath all the false ego programs.

I’m here to tell you that there may not be ๐Ÿ˜‚, BUT that you get to create it.

The spaciousness can be terrifying, but that’s where your divinity steps in. The person you’re becoming will “catch” you, or remind you that you don’t actually need to be caught.

Life is one giant free fall, and the more comfortable we can get with the unknown, the better off we’ll be.

Let it all go. This is where it gets good ๐Ÿ™
