Timeline split

I try not to use words like “lower” or “higher,” because it’s not really a hierarchy or even a value judgment, but I do believe we all have different reasons for being here, including individualized lessons to learn.

I also believe that one of the quickest ways to create our own suffering is to overidentify with other peoples’ journey to the point that it distracts us from our own.

Multiple timelines are playing out simultaneously.

We choose into the reality we want to create by what we engage with and participate in.

There has never been a better time to get clear on who we are and where we stand. While we can’t know exactly what’s to come, we can set ourselves up for success by tuning into our internal guidance and taking steps to ensure we’re well-positioned to honor what surfaces.

I wrote about this a few months ago when I was guided to get out of Asheville at 6:15 am on the morning of Helene.

I personally am not always given a lot of time to act on what is revealed. The guidance comes through like a lightning bolt so strong that turning away isn’t an option- at least not if survival is my goal!

In the case of Helene, the storm was already well underway. I was seeing trees and metal road signs go nearly parallel to the ground due to strong winds, and I’d already hydroplaned several times. This was after I’d received the message to get out.

There were about 7 minutes on the interstate leaving Asheville (one of 2 cars going West) that I didn’t think we were going to make it.

“We” = me and the guinea pigs 🥹

As crazy as it sounds, these moments are accompanied by a deep sense of calm and laser focus that allows me to do what I need to do.

I’ve learned over the years that I need the freedom to pivot when the occasion calls for it, so I take that into consideration when making commitments or deciding who to match myself with.

As long as I use discernment and let soul (not ego) lead the way, it all works out.

Just some things to consider as we navigate these interesting times 🙏✨️
