Alchemizing the Density

Here’s a noncontroversial, politically neutral, and ultimately meaningless picture of my new pouf (ottoman).

I posted it on Instagram just now with the following caption:

Please “❤️” and share to get my visibility and engagement back up since I was shadow banned for sharing a post on. ..drum roll. ..human trafficking 🙄

Yes, it is true.

While Ive healed the need for an external enemy and try not to focus on what “THEY” are doing, it’s hard not to at least notice it when you’re censored for raising awareness about the existence of present day slavery (both sexual and occupational) and factors that allow it to continue🤦‍♀️

I had a few conversations this week about how to SEE and acknowledge the dark or denser parts of this human experience, but not let them overtake us.

What is the saying? “What we resist, we become” 🤔

If we get too fixated on it, we’re allowing it to further siphon our energy and resources and detract from what we do have to offer: our presence and full participation in our actual lives.

However, if we refuse to see or acknowledge it, we may perpetuate it on some level; plus, the split off that denial requires leaves us fragmented and, once again, less present.

What percentage of our attention we give to the “dark” or “evil” in the world is a personal decision, and I suspect varies each day depending on multiple factors.

I have chosen to transmute or alchemize it in a sense by SEEing what I need to, then continuing to live a good life.

If I feel I’ve absorbed what can only be described as energetic residue, I turn to a body-based modality or wellness practice such as kinesiology, Bach Flower Essences, physical activity, sauna, and/or ionic foot bath.

I try to stay in my center and hold a high frequency despite the reasons I could choose not to.

It’s a work in progress for sure. I’d love to hear what works for you in the comments below 🙌✨️
