Brain/nerve health

Greetings from an oil change/tire shop in Destin, FL!

Speaking of TRUTH (previous post), I’m just making the most of my time in the waiting room by sharing that MERCURY depletes lithium πŸ™ƒ πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

This makes my flat πŸ›ž feel very purposeful πŸ€”

My new buddy (random stranger) mentioned that his friend has Bipolar, and has yet to find effective treatment. He said he’s always switching medications and can’t maintain stability for more than a few weeks it seems.

Sidenote: people often share these things when they ask what I do and learn I’ve worked in the mental health field.

I explained that amalgam fillings and mercury in vaccines (thimerosal) can deplete lithium and thus contribute to a “Bipolar” presentation, which is then treated with.. .πŸ₯ roll. ..LITHIUM πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

Our bodies naturally produce lithium, and we need to keep it!

It regulates sleep, mood, etc. ..

I actually learned even more about it when I fact checked myself for this post. See the links posted in the comments section πŸ™Œ

In the first article written by Dr. Edward Group, number 10 on the list, states that lithium can help decrease alcohol cravings. This is particularly interesting since people tend to self-medicate “Bipolar” with. ..🍺🍷🍸

I’m starting to feel like this whole post is a merry-go-round that leads us full circle. .. right back to ourselves and our bodies 🎠 🎑

🀑 🌎

Lizyme from Biotics Research is a nutritional supplement that contains lithium oratate (no prescription required). It’s helped me in the past during parasite cleansing, aka mobilizing toxins and prob stressing my system.

This is not medical or mental health advice. I just wanted to share what I’ve learned over the years and what’s been beneficial for me.

I’ve come to really appreciate these chance encounters with people around town, and am happy to report 99.9% of those I interact with are curious and receptive.

I always preface anything I say with “for what it’s worth. ..” and think it’s really cool that it may actually be worth a lot to someone who’s struggling.

He who will hear, let him hear πŸ™βœ¨οΈ
