Family Constellations

We all know our friends are brilliant and gifted, but we don’t always get to see them in action!

I had the privilege of doing a Family Constellations session with my good friend, @monicanaglerspaces last week, and experienced some profound shifts 💖✨️

The irony of this is that I wrote a blog entry a few weeks ago with the quote “the dead people had their chance,” and said that we don’t HAVE to do this work. …I still agree with that, and at the time, I needed to access self permission to lay it down.

It was only from that place that I could be receptive to continuing it when some things surfaced last week.

See, the dead people did have their chance, and oh did they choose. ..🙄🤦‍♀️

Their choices impacted us and will continue to impact our family lines until someone is willing to turn and not only look, but to truly SEE the way that it all played out, and to hopefully move forward in a more integrated way.

Family Constellations is based on the idea that everything needs to be acknowledged and it needs to be placed in its right order. It helps place family members within the context of the greater system and puts them in right relationship to each other and the whole.

The session with Monica helped me to remember that no one operates in a vacuum, and that everyone’s choices are impacted by their own traumas, and the knowledge, skills, and resources available to them at the time.

It’s important to note you can do a Constellation on any aspect of your life; mine just happened to be family.

I highly recommend reaching out to Monica if you’re interested in learning more. Also, stay tuned for more on my recent session 🙏🪷✨️
