On travel, gridwork, and soul braids

“You are my Ayahuasca.”

This line came to me last year in reference to someone I was dating. We joked that our time together was like a psychedelic experience in that we could be really intense, would require time to integrate, and would usually emerge stronger and seemingly upgraded as a result of our time together.

I planned to write a blog entry or poem with that title, but it just never happened. ..and now I know why!

I think it was really meant for my time in ATX these past two months. I felt called there for reasons that were not clear, but I just trusted it. Once I got there, I loved it and just kept extending the trip. I realized after we returned home that we were there FIVE weeks!

Over the past 4 years, I’ve been exploring the idea of planetary gridwork. It’s basically where we’re drawn to certain geographic locations in order to receive activations, clear our energy fields, and have specific experiences that may relate to soul contracts, etc.

This all makes total sense to me, and I’ve seen it first hand when I’m able to answer the call. I believe there’s reciprocal healing exchanges that happen with the land, and that no matter how random it may seem, there’s always something about us that resonates with the places we’re called to. It may be the people, the buildings, current and/or historical events, etc.

I’ve found I get access to different information, ideas, and perspectives when I travel, and I often feel like a new person when I return.

This time I feel like I had a little quantum leap, or merge with my higher self; and maybe even had what’s called a “soul braid,” or devine support join me for an upcoming project or mission.

For more on soul braids, I recommend checking out the work of Yvonne Perry; particularly her book Walk-Ins Among Us. ..link in comments section 🙌

I’m fascinated by the idea that we’re probably doing it unknowingly all the time. We’re just given “Earth plane” reasons to go places and rarely question it (weddings, job transfer, deployments, etc) 🙃🤷‍♀️
