I had an Akashic records reading recently, and according to that framework, part of my purpose for being here is to study truth. Not only what feels true for me personally, but also the concept of truth. I didn’t realize it prior to her saying it, but I’ve always been fascinated by this. I playContinue reading “Are our beliefs serving us?”

What to do if you suspect someone is making you the enemy in their story and is withdrawing from the relationship? Let them. Everyone is allowed their process, and if it’s meant to be, it will come back around. Differentiation is a necessary developmental milestone, but so many of us were never allowed to doContinue reading “Differentiation”

On a whim, I decided to stop at a public beach access to catch the last few minutes (seconds) of the sunset yesterday on my way home. Oh, how my life has changed since I was full-time with the SC Army National Guard just a few short years ago! 🇺🇸 I was in uniform Monday-FridayContinue reading “Physical/spiritual overlap”

Let’s face it: times are strange. People are going every which way. I feel like relationships move into and out of resonance every few weeks. ..I tend to feel close with certain friends for a little while, then they’ll fade away and others will move into focus, and so on. You may have an aversion to that word, but just hear me out 😅 If we’re viewing the world through what is called victim consciousness, chances are there was a time when life overwhelmed our capacity toContinue reading “Transcending victim consciousness”

Greetings from the fox hole. ..I’m on day 4 of the myofascial unwindings that I wrote about in the last entry. I’m in a good little “battle rhythm” with them at this point- taking breaks to eat and tend to my life (feed the guinea pigs, check mail, brush my teeth), but am doing veryContinue reading “Real talk”

I had another abrupt and seemingly random fascial unwinding last night after a Myofascial Release session on Thursday. It was triggered by gently stretching the muscles on the back of my head 😳 This one was mostly head/neck/shoulders, but I had a few releases in my digestive tract as well. It is literally so crazy.Continue reading “Spontaneous unwinding”
